奥胡斯(Aarhus)位于丹麦（全称：丹麦王国THE KINGDOM OF DENMARK）的日德兰（JYLLAND）兰岛东海岸奥胡斯（AARHUS）湾内，是丹麦第二大港和交通、工业及文化中心，又是日德兰半岛的谷物和畜产品的集散地。港口背部靠山，港外有半岛和小岛所围，是良好的避风港。主要工业有冶金、化学、机械及烟草等。港口距机场约32 km。　　该港属温带海洋性气候，夏季多东南一西南风，冬季多东北一西北风，七级以上的大风年平均有39天，大都在每年10月至次年2月。1～3月为有冰期，有碍航行的约23天。全年平均降雨量约800mm。无潮汐。本港水域面积约84公顷，码头岸线总长达10km，最大水深约14m，其中集装箱码头岸线长1266m，水深达12m。装卸设备有各种岸吊、门吊、可移式吊、多用途吊、浮吊、双筒式铲车、鹅颈式牵引车及吸扬机等，还有直径为101.6～304.8mm 的输油管供装卸石油使用。煤碳码头平均卸煤能力为每小时1333吨、24小时卸煤3.2万吨、装船机每小时可装2000吨。煤炭霍场能力达60万吨，并配有取样机、筛选机、压碎机和煤碳双向称重系统等。煤碳年吞吐能力约300万吨。主要进口货物为煤、谷物、石油、木材、化肥、饲料、椰子油及豆饼等，出口货物主要有机器、冷冻设备、植物油、罐头肉、家俱及农产品等。1994年集装箱吞吐量达23万TEU，比1993年增长 4.5％，在节假日中如果需要可以安排作业，但应收50％～100％的加班费。
