DDP Line = duty-paid + customs-cleared + door-to-door at a single all-in price. Express is for single small parcels (< 30 kg). LCL is billed per CBM and requires the consignee to clear customs and pick up (or pay extra for clearance + delivery). DDP Line is 30-70% cheaper per kg than express and 5-10 days faster than LCL — the best option for medium 30-500 kg shipments.

Standard inclusions: import duty + VAT / sales tax + clearance + last-mile delivery. Excluded: (1) values above the channel's declared cap (e.g. $2,000) — the excess is billed back to the customer; (2) destination special-category taxes (luxury, supplements, tobacco, alcohol); (3) demurrage / inspection fees if cargo is held by customs. General cargo, daily-use items, apparel, 3C electronics, home goods, small appliances, certain battery cargo (built-in batteries < 100 Wh each), bicycles, toys. Prohibited: cash, ID documents, weapons, drugs, live animals / plants, ivory, counterfeits, liquid cosmetics (some lanes ok), pure batteries, flammables. For sensitive cargo, confirm the commodity with customer service before booking.

Europe: ocean 25-35 days, air 10-15 days. US: ocean 20-30 days (West) / 35-45 days (East), air 8-12 days. Canada / Australia / New Zealand: 15-30 days. Southeast Asia: 5-12 days. Middle East: 10-20 days. Actual transit starts at origin cut-off; peak season and clearance anomalies can add 3-7 days.

Default DDP Line compensation: loss is generally 3-5× the freight (capped at $500-$1,000 per shipment); damage is paid pro-rata to invoice value, with purchase invoice and photos required. For high-value cargo (> $1,000), we recommend commercial transit insurance (0.2-0.6% rate) — claims are paid at 110% of (invoice value + freight).
