意大利北部城市。位于波河平原南缘，临帕尔马河，东南距博洛尼亚89公里。人口18万（2014）。建于公元前183年。十九世纪初为奥地利控制下的公国。农产品集散地。以产乳酪著名。工业以机械、食品、医药、化肥与制鞋为主。铁路、公路枢纽。有十二世纪地震后重建的罗马式大教堂等，内有米开朗琪罗等作的壁画与阿拉伯式图案。还有大学（建于1422年）与美术研究院等。
