塞班岛（Saipan），西太平洋北马里亚纳群岛一岛。最高点塔波乔山（Tagpochau）海拔466米。1565年～1899年受西班牙统治。1899年～1914年属德国。1920年日本占领。1944年被美军占领，成为重要的空军基地。1962年成为太平洋岛屿美国托管地的首府。现主要出产椰干，亦产芋、木薯、薯蓣、面包果及香蕉，设商船坞和国际机场。人口约52200人（2010年）。2009年11月28日，美国联邦政府接管北马里亚纳群岛的移民事务。
