Scope: All Philippine inbound laden shipmentsReacting to the change in government regulations to file manifest information,CNC announces the introduction of Philippine Advance Manifest Submission Fee(AMS) for all laden shipments inbound to Philippines, whether spot or undercontract basis.
At the meantime, a Philippine Advance Manifest DeclarationAmendment Fee is also applicable under the same conditions after filing the firstsubmission.
